Fostering Real Gender Diversity

 "Embrace Workplace Moms" is our new sub-brand launched in 2024, aimed at promoting better gender equality by serving individuals, supporting diverse and inclusive corporate cultures, and raising social awareness.Studies indicate that the most significant gender inequality gap in the workplace often exists between working mothers and other employees. Due to the unique and irreplaceable role that mothers play in their families, they frequently need to step away from their careers temporarily. Unfortunately, maternity leave is often misunderstood as an “extended vacation.”

 

At certain stages, the effort required for working mothers to balance their professional and personal lives is incomparable to that of others, including women without children.This disparity results in reduced opportunities for advancement and increased workplace discrimination. More and more organizations are recognizing this phenomenon, known as the “motherhood penalty,” and are urging society to take it seriously in order to achieve genuine gender equity.


We are conducting extensive surveys to identify the areas where working women need the most support, including job recommendations, leadership development for women, psychological counseling, community networking, and child education resources etc.

We offer consulting services to companies, helping them support working mothers and improve their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives particularly in the area of gender equity, including supporting inclusive hiring practice, survey & report, project & workshop service, addressing unconscious bias etc. aiding in the development of DE&I culture. In today’s complex environment, true diversity and inclusion are crucial elements of a company’s competitive advantage.


Through various online and offline activities and events, we aim to raise awareness and garner support for this group within society.


As the first step, we are launching the "Moms for Moms" research initiative.We warmly invite working mothers to scan the QR code and participate in our 10 minute survey. (with a chance to win prizes at the end).Your input will help us better understand your needs and current situation, allowing us to develop more valuable solutions.


All responses will be kept strictly confidential, and the results will be used solely for research and analysis purposes. We look forward to sharing the findings with you, with the hope of fostering greater understanding and support from society. Together, let's make meaningful strides toward gender equality and diversity.
